Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club is a 17,500-square-foot multi-concept entertainment complex on the second floor of The Gateway, above Olympic Legacy Plaza and directly across from the Delta Center. Developed by Carver Road Hospitality — the company founded by Sean Christie and Nelson Famadas — Flanker debuted in Salt Lake City in December 2021 as their flagship location. The concept has since expanded to State Farm Stadium in Arizona (2022) and Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas (June 2023). Corporate Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros oversees the culinary program across all three locations.
