Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar

Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar opened in summer 2023 inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, positioned at the entrance to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place -- just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium. The nearly 8,500-square-foot space was designed from the ground up as a premium sports viewing destination, anchored by a 30-foot-by-9-foot LED wall that boasts the highest resolution of any sports bar screen in Las Vegas.

The Viewing Experience

More than 50 LED screens are distributed throughout the venue, ensuring every seat has a clear sightline to multiple matches. Flanker plays every soccer game all season long, making it one of the few Las Vegas bars that commits to full-season soccer coverage rather than just major tournaments. The signature LED wall creates what the venue calls a "50-yard line" experience -- a wall of color and motion that makes watching a Champions League final or a Premier League derby feel immersive in a way that standard bar TVs cannot match. Operating hours run from 7 AM on weekdays, catching early-morning EPL kickoffs at Pacific Time.

Private Viewing and Events

Three private dining suites accommodate groups of 12 to 350 guests, each equipped with soundproof doors and multiple LED screens. A separate 20-seat private karaoke room rounds out the event spaces. All-inclusive packages with customizable menus make Flanker a legitimate option for organized supporter group events, corporate watch parties, or bachelor parties built around a match day. The venue is family-friendly until 11 PM, broadening its appeal beyond the typical Strip nightlife crowd.

Food and Drink

Chef Daniel Ontiveros, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with Michelin-starred restaurant experience, oversees a menu of scratch-made burgers, shareable tacos, signature wings, loaded nachos, and indulgent brunch platters. The bar program, curated by world-renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, features 40 draft beers, more than 20 bottled selections, signature cocktails, and mocktails. Las Vegas Magazine noted that game day tastes significantly better at Flanker, and the combination of chef-driven food, craft cocktails, and premium screens puts it in a different category from the typical Strip sports bar.
